Engrossing
This was a tension filled tale of horror. The beginning set the stage for what was to come. The characters were interesting, and the writing was wonderfully descriptive. If you've ever been in a house that seemed evil, or that oozed with the energy of those long gone, and felt compelled to escape, then you'll understand this book. If you've never felt creeped out by anything, now's your chance.
Good creep
The knock caught me at night alone in an old house lol. Adding the perfect creep. I enjoyed the pace.
